Hello! I'm Lala, the owner of a small shop called The Tatted Cricut. After the birth of my son in 2016, I aspired to start a t-shirt business. With a Bachelor of Science in Business, I sought to further my education and learn how to run a business.
Balancing a demanding work schedule, I often missed my older children's games and significant events, which made me feel like I wasn't fulfilling my role as a mother. I yearned for more from life—the ability to work for myself, set my own schedule, and be present for my family. When my two younger children were diagnosed with Autism, leaving the workforce became essential to support them fully.
The Tatted Cricut is a reflection of my life's journey, expressed through monochrome designs. It took time to bring this project to life, as I grappled with perfectionism, limited technical skills, and fear of the unknown. But here we are!
